A TeePee for the Weekend Warrior

This weekend's garden project is going to be to construct a "living" teepee for Cruz and his friends. I have some 15-foot bamboo stalks (courtesy of a neighbor) that I need to cut and tie to make the frame and Dax is going to be sawing a tree trunk (courtesy of a random Craigslist post) so we can have some nice stumps for the kids to sit on around while singing Kumbaya.

We have to till up some dirt and prep the soil to plant the bean stalks, then lay down some mulch, and hopefully in a few weeks we'll have one of these!
